What happens when my credit balance goes negative?
On Solo and Pro plans, a negative balance never stops your emails. Emails continue to be processed and delivered normally. The outstanding balance is simply deducted in full the next time you recharge your AI credits.
How do AI credits work?
Every email processed by MailAI costs 0.50 AI credits. Credits are consumed when an email arrives and is handled by the system. You can recharge anytime from your dashboard: ₹1,000 (India) or $20 (Global) = 1,000 AI Credits. Monthly email allowances on Solo and Pro are consumed first before credits are deducted.
